Hi Shelley!
Just reliezed that alot of my symptoms from the nickel toxicity are because of my low zinc status. I did the taste test. In addition I take histidine to help detox the nickel and get the zinc where it needs to go. The question is how much zinc can I take safely? I don't think copper go down is a problem being as long as I've been zinc deficient.
Thanks |

| It can take up to three months to get zinc up to normal levels. To know for sure, use kinesiology. |

| Not sure how do to kintheseology the way I was taught I test up to like 200 mg. That seems a little high for zinc....But not that crazy given the situation. |

| I wouldnt' take more than a 50 mg dose. when it comes to minerals, especially the ones that are hard to absorb, small FREQUENT doses are better than huge infrequent doses. The body can only ever absorb so much, so giving it more than it can handle is just flushing your money down the drain. |
