Eating outside food will cause severe headaches

On friday 12th afternoon I had Pasta Soup from Deli Food.
Evening I had mild headache and it became severe lasted till saturday evening. even my eyes pain a lot. I took apple cider and warm water with sea salt. and i got 2 bowel movements then it subsided. I am doing Parasite cleanse, Bowel Cleasnse and I did 5 or 6 liver flushes.

When you're cleansing or ill, it's not safe to eat restaurant foods because you have no control over the ingredients. For all you know, that soup was from a can impregnated with MSG.
