All these stones coming out are the remnants of a crappy diet since I was young, I would say right after my parents took me out of baby food. After that, my parents were liberal on whatever I ate. If I wanted junk food, they would let me. If I wanted fast food, they would let me. Almost NO fresh vegetables, always grains and some kind of cooked meat.

hey man. your childhood pretty much mimics mine. i've been on this journey to clear my skin naturally for about a year now. i'm having a really tough time right now, but i'm certain i'm doing the right thing. i hope everything goes well for you, and remember, you WILL have clear skin.

btw, how bad is your skin? would you rank it moderate/severe?

best wishes

Hi Hoppy, I didn't think anyone would reply on my journal. By the way, I know we faced the same problem with acne breakouts worsening as we flushed more. After my recent flush, my breakouts died out, and just with a sporadic pimple or two. Right now, I just took my dose I can't remember which flush this was, too lazy to look. Very Happy

I would rate my acne around moderate. It's mostly whiteheads, which get popped everytime I rub my face, leaving red marks. The red marks aren't noticeable from a distance, but up close, they are. No more cysts, thank god.

14th flush:

The nausea didn't bother much. I'll just report that I got out around 20 or so stones, but good oval shapped medium ones. That's about it. I hope the madness ends soon. Smile My 13th flush was the lucky one, methinks.

Right after this flush. small cysts (or soon to be) popped up on my chin. They're not noticeable but they hurt if I rub on them. grrrrr...

I just read your journey for so far, and I have to tell you I am impressed how determent you are. Good work!
You have just encouraged me to start with LF again. I did 5 overall and just stopped as I couldn't stand OO and Grapefruit. As you said: Just thinking of it makes me nauseous. I totally know how you feel Smile
My acne are gone, well most of them. The cysts that were once on my face are history, thanks God Smile or should I say Thanks Shelley for all of your inputs. I got my acne two years ago, about the time I moved country. The climate was very dry and my skin just breakout. I have never in my life experienced something like that. Even in my 18's-20's I wasn't looking like that. BTW now I am 27. So I got very surprised that in that age I can get breakouts like that. It was after that I discovered that things like that happened even in 40's or such. Oh man.
Anyway, while doing LF, I didn't see big results. But I stick to the diet and LF. And than the big BOOM Smile I moved again, further to the north, where the climate was like in my country. Hot summer and big % of humidity. Suddenly, my skin started to clear. Very Happy And since then, knock on wood, I have just a sporadic pimple, before my period. I figure that the diet and LF did a big change, but it just couldn't be visible in that dry climate that I was living two years ago. Something was just not right there.
Since my improvement I was on and off a diet. And know I am preparing to start again. Your posts are being really encouraging.

I wish you all the luck and I am sure you will succeed in this.

All the best,
ivana

Hi Ivana,

I'm glad you see you tried out a better diet and the LF. You're situation is bizarre! It's like the climate was affecting your acne. lol. Good luck to you too on the LF. It ain't pretty, but the end result is usually worth it. Wink

Oh man, I just took another dose of OO/GF. I think this is number 15. I should really be hitting the sack, but I felt I should type up a little more before I retire.

Strategies and observations for overcoming -- or at least easing the trauma and stress (lol):

-Thinkin about favorite foods.

I have no idea why this works for me. It just does. I thought this would escalate the nausea, but thinking about certain foods actually calms my gut. Thinking of sweet deserts doesn't work though. Favorite things I really love to eat, like sushi and sashimi, are foods that work for me. I guess all it does is take the mind off the grapefruit and OO.

-Burping up gas

If I can feel a burp coming, then I just burp. haha. This eases up my gut too.

-No noticeable difference using altoids

I use altoids for peppermints to suck on. I haven't noticed them helping out.

-The most yellowest piss in the morning

I can see why Shelley says the kidneys work hard during the flush. My morning piss is yellower than the sunflowers on a sunny day! rofles.

-8 hours sleep is the de facto target for ridding the nausea

If anyone needs me before my 8 hour quota, they take a number and wait. It's no fun to wake up to the nausea again, and with only 3 or 4 hours sleep. It happened before when my sister needed me to drop her to school, and I felt horrible. Only after 8 hours does the nausea go after. I feel squishy and stuff afterwards, but that's where the SWF comes in.

-Wash hands thouroughly with dishwasher soap after squeezing

The nausea kicks in after the dosage. So to avoid gagging and stuff, I always wash my hands to get rid of the GF smell. The body doesn't want anything to do with GF or OO after the dosage. heh.

I think I had more than 100 stones purged. Many of them were of a good medium size, and some came out in pebbles.

No major pimples so far. Had a few dots, but it's nothin' really. I own a treadmill, and I used to run on it for losing weight last year, which really helped, but now I use it with cleansing my bloodsystem in mind, as well as keeping my organs in top shape.

16th Flush. I know I've been doing these flushes more frequently than recommended, but they're helping me. I would say around 200 stones this time, most of them pebbles, but many good-sized ones. It came out as sludge. Ew. Wow, number 16. And sometimes I feel I still have ten more to go. Le sigh.

17th flush: but it's a mini-flush. I'm upset with the grapefruit the market's been providing lately. They label them xtra large ruby red grapefruits, but when I cut them up, they're orange-yellow. I'm not sure what that means, maybe they're still not yet ripe? Today, I squeezed out only 1 cup of juice from three grapefruits. Just 1 cup! Blasphemy. Insanity. I had to turn it into a mini-flush, and I took the juice I had and drank it with 3/4 cup of OO. It's 3AM, and I have to drop my sister off at 7:30AM. I hate waking up so early with little sleep, especially right after a flush.

Nothing clams the senses like fresh tangy soury lemons. It sends the gagging away.

Update: Expelled pebbles and a few small-medium ones. I think 100+ but small pebbles that made the most of that number.

Hi there,

I am following your progress here and it seems to me that you are overdoing on LF. You had LF on 27th of August and next one was 1st of Sep. - just after 3 days? That is way too soon, your body didn't have time to rebuild and to relax.
Remember that you do flushes every second week, and after your 7th or 8th time you should make even bigger brake.
Flushes are stressful to body to some extend no matter how rejuvenating they are.

Hi Ivana. I know, I'm pushing myself. I'm following what others do on cure zone, I'm referring to this link. I'm thinking after the next one that I'll take a serious break.

18th: Results same thing as 17th flush. I think it's time for a break now.

wow, almost a month since a post.

I've been taking a break from liver flushing, as you can see. Because I've lost the option to buy organic and healthy food all the time, most of the week has been full of food fodder, that is, food that fills you up but isn't exactly great for the body healthwise (like fried eggs, fried eggs (mom's recipe), and once or twice fast food. Believe it or not, I ate a colossal burger from Ruby Tuesday's a few days ago and man it was delicious. I ate all of it too. I can't remember the last time I've eaten like that.

It's been a while since I've broken off the healthy spectrum of natural and raw foods. A week or two after the last liver flush, I noticed my acne breakouts dissipitating until all I had were sparse dot acne. Considering what I've eaten the past few weeks, I'm thinking more than ever that my acne has everything to do with my congested liver. Now that it's mostly clear, I guess, eating cheats doesn't have much of an effect on my face like before.
