Hey shelly I weigh 130 pounds and I have been trying to gain 10 by eating 3000 calories a day. Its been 3 1/2 weeks and im 132.5. I take 2 tablespoons of acv with each meal. A week ago I slowed on the acv and gained most of the 2.5 pounds. Is acv keeping me from bulking up.Is acv really a weight loss product like they advertise. If so will pugnent therapy do the same. What else do recommend to try to digest all that food because I have weak digestion. Thanks a million

The problem is, everytime your digestion improves, you are likely to lose weight. ACV will improve digestion because I believe it aids HCL in the stomach. I have found it useful in maintaining weight.

You may want to try different methods to improve digestion, like chewing slowly, eating small but frequent meals etc. Also, adding more oils to meals might help you gain some weight. Maybe take 2 tablespoons of olive oil at each meal.

Thanks for responding. But I I do all those things you mentioned. I get up to 700 calories aday from olive and flax oil, chew well and eat frequently. Im now gaining since slowing on the acv. What I dont understand is how better digestion helps you lose weight. Shouldnt it be better breakdown so more energy released from the food then better assimilation by the body equals more weight. Instead of food being passed without being digested as well so its just eliminated and not absorbed as much. If anybody can explain please fill me in. Thanks a million
