Anyone have opinions on brands of fish oil? Of the options Im listing does anyone know if the quality of one is much better or more pure than others? Of course they ALL say they are Pharmeceutical grade. But are they all equal? Please let me know what you all think.
Thanks
Katie
Here are the ones Im looking at.
Dr. Sears
Dr. Carlson
Dr. Murray

| .. I am just careful that the oils are from CLEAN fish.. (no PCBs, etc) because oils (in animals, fish, etc.) are know to absorb (concentrate) substances like toxins. |

| I heard Carlson's is good, I have good experience with "Health From The Sea". What you wanna look for is that it's refrigirated and doesn't have a fishy taste. Fish oil that isn't rancid doesn't taste like fish. So don't buy them in capsule form |

Garden of Life lemon mint cod liver oil is what I use- serves me well. It has higher vitamin A and D than Nordic naturals.
