Hi. I was wondering if i should follow a strict diet for candida? I don't have any symptoms but i did take antibiotics for 5 years straight. Right now i'm just eating according to my birth dosha, but scared that although i don't have symptoms, i might have candida and it might get out of control later.
Wait i forgot i do have a symptom, which is recurring vaginitis. I constantly get discharge, but it not itchy. Any advice would be nice. Thanks for taking the time to read this. |

| If the only symptom you have is vaginitis, then what you want to do is follow the anti-candida regimen for about a month, take probiotics, and take care of the localized infection with finger douches and suppositories of live acidophilus. Blistex is wonderful for soothing the irritation. If you keep getting vaginitis after each period, then you gotta follow the entire candida program. |
