Hi Shelley
I did my second colema this morning and it went well!
I am however concerned that i passed quite a lot of undigested food.
Is that normal?
I have never been able to have a BM until ive eaten my breakfast no matter how many glasses of hot water i have first or how much triphala i take at night!
But as soon as i finish breckie i get the urge to go and run for the loo
I wondered if this is a problem whilst doing the colemas?
My bowels have been as regular as clockwork lately and ive not seen ANY undigested food for a long time.
I am taking digestive enzymes and not eating until after my colema but cant understand why i had some undigested food come out.
Should i be taking some acidophilus too?
Would that help the food digest better?
Its so much better than doing enemas and i can really relax and not fret over whether im getting all the water out or not!
Oh yeah!Im glad to see your latest edition on the Faq page!
I was trying to put together a list like that but now theres no need
Shagley
P.s, Im now mercury free |

Hiya Shagley!
Undigested food particles means the stomach did not digest them. Enzymes won't take care of that, only stomach acids will. Now some foods never digest but we don't see them much because they get trapped up in the fecal matter. So if you saw corn, peas, seeds, garlic, tomato skins, don't worry.
You might want to do the colemas at night, or try to wake up your digestive system faster by doing the digestive wake-up call in the morning. Warm drinks is one thing, but the other is lying on your back and hugging your knees to your chest. |

Thank you again Shelley!
I will do another one tomorrow morning and if its the same story then i`ll try it pm after a very light dinner!
By doing it pm does it give the stool more chance to form properly?
Also how long after the last meal is ok to perform a colema? |
