please explain:Liver cleanse, urine therapy method

hello.
I have a question about liver cleansing.
I have read all the articles about colon cleansing by methods of urine thearpy. And I know that it should be done first.
(My grandmother has been doing that. It added at least 10 years to her life. It helped her diabetes, weight problem, energy level, just great results!)
But there is a sertain method to cleansing liver with urine therapy..please explain.
Plus, I have an acne problem also, which is result of clogged liver.
Which herbs will be helpful also?

Please read the FAQ, particularly Liver Management. It contains all of my basic recommendations for liver cleansing. I have not found urine therapy to be really necessary, but try it if you wish.
