Yep, symptom free! No more excruciating abdominal pains, no more gross forehead acne and severely oily skin, no more deep ingrained lines in between my eyebrows, the list goes on and on. Smile I especially like the fact that I have not aged since I turned 30. I plan on being one hot old lady! LOL!

The colonic really helped.

Now a week later, my face is starting to break out with cyst-like pimples. I'm taking Bupleurum Liver Cleanse, AND Stone-Free simultaneously, which makes me wonder if I'm dumping too much toxins in the colon and then reabsorbing them (or cleansing the liver too much). I'm also drinking peppermint tea, and Eater's Digest which has fennel, but I don't know if that has to do anything with it. I'm thinking about stopping ALL herbs, and see what happens. I think my liver is trying to kill me!!! Crying or Very sad

One other thing. I'm starting to get glue-ears. Isn't that a sign of a congested colon?

HELP!

Keep up with the teas, they're keeping things moving out of you faster, which is what you want. Things only end up messing up the skin if they're not coming out of you quick enough.

You may want to take a break from the liver herbs and do a liver flush, or start incorporating a cleansing salad or an oil and fiber shake an hour or two after taking the herbs. The oils and fiber will ensure the liver flushes out whatever the herbs help metabolize so that it doesn't mess up your skin.

the liver tends to cleanse in layers. As you claense the topmost layer, the deep-seated toxins will start coming up and out, and when they clog up the major bile ducts, wonky things like sinus, ear, and acne trouble starts popping up again. Only thing to do is cleanse FASTER.

Hi Shelley. Thanks for taking the time to address my MAJOR problem.

First of all, I CANNOT do another liver flush. Even though it will help clear my skin for a day or two, my acne comes back even worse! And that's even in conjunction with colonics. I don't think my liver can take another one for atleast a month or two.

I'm afraid to take the herbs because the tea didn't really help me move things out faster. I'm thinking about taking Colosan every night or something.

I will try the oil fiber shake, but what kind of fiber do I use? Psyllium? Flax? Would flax tea be enough since it already has fat AND fiber? Do you think bentonite could be of any use?

Sorry for all the ?s, but this is one of the most devastating times in my life, and I desperately need help. I'd give ANYTHING to have clear skin.

I just got back from the colonic, and OMG! My colon was soooooo congested. I believe I got out another hundred stones or so too. There was one that was so big, we could hear it rumble through the tubing and it nearly clogged colonic system! I really hope this helps clear things up.

wow, im glad you cleared up the colon a bit more. So I'm assuming this was the second colonic? I also hope it helps you clear up the cysts. Now that I think about it, I may be in your shoes as well. I just might go schedule a colonic myself!

Keep us posted!

Definately get a colonic. It was the first time I got one without doing a liver flush, and I'm so happy I did it. You're really supposed to get one BEFORE and AFTER, but that might be costly. I've learned my lesson, and you shouldn't have to go through what I am.

Best wishes!

Ok, you'd think that after two colonics my skin would settle down a bit, but NO. Sad And to add to it, my skin is getting sooooo dry. I don't even think my liver can process fat anymore. I still think this all happening because I dislodged a mountainous stone or something when I took that Chanca Piedra. My left nostril is always clogged, and i'm getting the sticky-ear again. Do you think this is all related to a stone blockage in a certain part of my liver? I sure do, but I'm afraid to flush again. I'm going to start taking Chanca Piedra again and hopefully next time I flush I will get rid of this sucka. I'm also supposed to see an M.D. that specializes in homeopathy. Wish me luck everyone, for I need it bad.

Yep, it's most probably due to a stuck stone. Don't worry, just switch to using more stone dissolvers. It's a slow way but sure,a nd won't compromise your intestines as much. Malic acid, the Cleansing Drink, Lecithin, are all good options, altho lecithin can cause acne.

Flax seed tea is excellent - yepperz - because of oil/fiber all in one.

hey Shelley,

I'm starting to have trouble with my digestion now. Sad Before all the LFs, I had good text book sized bowel movments everyday. Now, no matter how much veggies, flax, fat, and water I eat, I always end up backed up. I can't get through a week without doing an enema or colonic.

Could it be a lack of bile? I'm in the middle of a liver flush right now, so I hope it will solve the problem. If not, I don't know what to do. I NEED to get this straightened out before I go back to school.

Yep, could very well be. The flushes could have moved so many of the larger, deep-seated stones forward that your bile production is impaired. Stone dissolvers and regular doses of oil will help with that, if that's the case. Smile

i'm afraid to take any more stone breakers because the same thing will happen all over again. i did an enema before my colonic yesterday, and i could still see a bunch of small tan stones. the last time i flushed was 3 weeks ago, so i must still be releasing stones. errr...

is there some kind of fiber-based bowel cleanser that i can take so i keep things moving? this is what i took last time http://www.enzy.com/products/display.asp?id=1404&cpmid=1335
