|
|
One of the reasons acne sufferers have such a hard time curing their acne is they don't have acne.
Acne is defined as an inflammation of the glands that feed and protect the skin. These glands get clogged when we don't eat enough good fats rich in Vitamin A like real organic butter to keep both them greased and the skin cells properly protected and pliant. As the glands lose their flexibility, things don't move about the right way, and the fluids themselves are contaminated by poor diet, so this combination means stagnation leading to infection and thus, pus leading to white-head or cystic acne.
But what about those little bumps that never come to a head? Never emit pus, never get infected, and never seem to respond to antibiotics? They're not acne at all, they're hives. If they tend to dominate the left side of your face, they are most definitely hives.
Hives are an immune reaction. It's a sort-of allergy, what I call a food sensitivity rather than true allergy. A true allergy will make you cough and sneeze; a food intolerance (lack of digestive enzymes) will give you diarrhea; a food sensitivity will give you small raised bumps on your face and sometimes chest and back and diarrhea if you eat enough or are sensitive enough.
The most common food sensitivities are to nightshade vegetables like the tomato. This is why the tomato has been a controversial vegetable for years. The Pilgrims actually put the tomato on trial - some Pilgrims did not want to grow them, others did. The question was resolved by one man eating a bushel in the courtroom and not dying or exhibiting any ill symptoms. Well, he just wasn't sensitive!
Nightshade veggies are very powerful, cleansing vegetables, and some people just can't handle them. They include cayenne pepper and all other hot peppers, bell peppers, all types of tomatoes, white potatoes, all onions and eggplant. Avoid avoid avoid if you have left-side dominant hives. Other culprits include wheat, corn, dairy, poultry and eggs.
You have to find out for yourself which one is bothering you. If just one nightshade veggie bothers you, chances are they all do.
Since we are all evolving faster at this special time in the earth's history, more and more of us are going to have these same sensitivities, so spread the word if you have friends with unexplainable digestive upsets. Chances are they are the very same people who saw 11's everywhere back in the 80's and 90's.

For years I had acne on my back and it was really bothering me. I was on Candida diet, and did LF but my back just stayed the same. Just a few months ago, we were discussing here about the benefits from the Wheat Germ Oil, and how rich it is in vitamin E. I started using it in my P&B shakes and just after a day, ONE DAY - acne started to disappear. Now I have what I always wanted clear, spotless back . All this time I was lacking vitamin E. So maybe some of you who have the same problem are having the same deficiency.

Hi Hannah!
You can Google 11:11, and do the same search on CureZone for posts on the phenomena many many people experienced. It was basically a wake-up call to Lightworkers that the Harmonic Convergance was happening.

hiya guys!! long time no post, which is good because things have been going well for me. I have been training and eating well and have pretty cear tongue most of the time. But even after that i got a large pimple on the side of my face which didnt come to a head but it was on the right side. and i had couple of bad reactions to my power shakes last two weeks because i had a long break from them i think (power shakes= tbspn raw honey, rice milk, homemade goats yogurt, yeast flakes and 5 egg yolks). but anyway all has been well and i'm pretty happy apart from this huge spot that hasnt come to a head!!
Hope all are well
Smooth

wow! I'm like a kid in a candy store. I can't wait to dive in to the information here.
I've been having these types of bumps on my chin within the past year, which is also when I began an addiction to pepsi soda...where I mostly drank them with no water. I've been clean (ha!) for almost 2 weeks, and I hope to begin to kick my sugar habit and candida. I'm so happy to finally find out what these huge, ugly bumps are! I knew I wasn't crazy...I didn't think they were normal acne. |

ooOOOooo! Nope, it just means you're a very inspirational and inspiring person who will receive lots of messages. Pay attention to your intuition and dreams, and live a life of challenge and change. Don't let yourself get into a rut, your growth will spring forth from change and life experience. That's true for everyone, but doubly so for you!

Thanks so much for this post Shelley, that has made things so much clearer! I've always been puzzled by the fact my 'acne' is not there in the morning, but is very visible later in the day. Dermatologists didn't seem to be bothered about that fact. Could that explain why my skin has got better since I've been taking antihistamines, or is it my diet working, d'ya reckon? Almost no gluten - now I'm going to cut nightshades.
Anyway, I know you're a busy lady and I'm just wondering, so no need to reply |

Yep! that would most certainly explain it! Silly dermatologist. That's the problem with specialization, they forget about everything that happens below the head! LOL! |
