Any Buffy the Vampire Fans? You might like these books...

I was a big fan of this series during its first four or five years, then I kinda' lost interest as the writing got worse (when the nerds were the bad guys). But I loved that show because of its great combination of thrills, martial arts and humor and was sad to see it go.

Luckily, there's a way to get your Vampire fix! It's a bunch of romance books called the Dark-Hunter series by Sherilynn Kenyon.

Kenyon has a great style. Her action sequences are top-notch, characters are realistic and compelling, the dialogue is witty and quotable. Warning - very graphic sex scenes! Sexy enough to make you reach for your partner, that's for sure!

Be sure to read them in order. The link is to the first one in the series, altho there's a book prior to that one called Fantasy Lover that sort of involves the Dark Hunters but doesn't focus on them.
