8th flush: I couldn't see that many stones. A few regular sized ones probably no more than 20? Most of it was hardened within the solid stools. SWF, but still got a few small ones only.

This is weird. I started breaking out on my forehead and on my cheek. And for the first time ever since I started flushing, I had a small cyst on the bottom of my chin. Grrrr, what gives?

9th flush

I've been excreting a slew of tiny pebble stones. I would say 300+ because they're so small, yet definitely shaped. I would get several medium ones. I can only wonder if my liver is close to being purged completely.

I found that the calmagfizz, even though it's nice to supp, dosen't really make a diffy with the acne. Before the flush I've been getting small pimples on my forehead still, as if the whole thing slightly escalated for some reason. I hope it'll stop soon or at least die down especially after the next few flushes.

le sigh, 9 flushes? I've actually enjoyed the detox journey so far. I can't wait to rebuild and rejuvenate.

Meh I don't get it. Starting to break out a lot on my forehead. I haven't had anything so frequent in months.

10th flush: Had a much better flush today. Looked like 100+ with most of them small to very small sizes. Had a couple medium-big ones and medium ones too. I increased the ratio to 3/4 cup oil to 1 cup grapefruit juice, two doses each. I slept nine hours but felt nauseous upon waking. I tried taking SWF, but only drank half because if I took anymore in, I would have hurled, so, I used the other half for an enema.

Looks like my forehead acne settled down. Tomorrow I'm scheduled for a salicylic peel for my face. I'm expecting good results.

11th Flush: A disappointing flush. Only a little over 20+ stones, some small, some medium... unless it's almost the end of the road for flushing. I'm thinking about repopulating flora again. I've been washing down my intestines a lot with salt water lately. Maybe I'll go get some organic kefir and use it for an enema.

I'm still getting pimples either on my scalp or on my face near the hairline, or on my stache. Most of it happens near areas of hair. I can only wonder why.... hmmmm. I used to eat raw eggs everyday, and I took those out to see if it did anything. Looks like that really didn't do much.

I'm starting to drop off a lot of my supps because I just can't squeeze out any more money to do so. I've enjoyed the change in diet and learning so much about holistic health, but for the undergraduate still attending school, I just can't go full-throttle with it anymore. All I'm going to do is drop supps like emergen C and zinc and stuff. I'm still going to eat right, though. I've improved my health so much and I won't screw everything up now I've gotten this far.

You will get there. From experience it seems like you will never see the light of day but one day you will have clear skin. My skin is still not totally clear but pimples and black heads beat huge ugly cysts anyday and i never had to take accutane a day in my life. I only really break out in white heads is when i consume soda although most of the time i do avoid it. Also sometimes when you stop trying so hard things change, it may sound weird but it happened to me. I wish you the best of luck

Oh man, tell me about it. I'd settle for small pimples than huge cysts, anyday. I did have two cysts this week, it wasn't very pretty though. I will have clear skin in the future, heh. Thanks for your input.

I did a 12th flush today. I guess double flushes work, but perhaps it stresses out the liver and kidneys a tad too much. I had a lot of stones come out, I'd estimate more than 100. I'd call these a very good flush. I know I have more though. gahhhhh. Mad

I'm going to schedule a clonic soon. I beleive my colon may be congested even though I had a few enemas in the past. I still get odors around body, and since the colon is one of the vanguard organs for eliminating toxins, a colonic sounds logical.

Colonic scheduled for monday. W00t.

I'm not sure how long I've been taking that the liver tonic tincture I was talking about, but it seems to have helped me out a lot. My cysts on my head have disappeared, it wasn't as rabid as last time. Now I only have a teeny pimple coming, but even that's not a problem.

When I brought the tincture, I used 40 drops in a shot glass with little water twice a day for several days, then dropped down to one shot glass a day. Meh, it helped, surprisingly.

I suppose it verified my theory, that my more frequent flushing led to a debilitated liver, and so I had to build it back up using certain herbs. Shelley recommened not to do it so often, but I took the chance to expedite since those on curezone had success flushing even once or twice a week. Ah well.

I've been looking at laser resurfacing because I swear the hyperpigmentation is deeper down in my skin. I did two salicylic peels, and there's no changes. Maybe a wee bit lighter, but still noticeable. I've been looking at stuff like this to explore what options there are. Looks like they got something called Arctic peels and Erbium. I can only imagine the pricing for these things. My Esthetician (hell, I can never spell it right) gave me a paper of laser procedures in her clinic before, but I misplaced the paper, so I'm going to have to inquire about it again. I swore I heard price ranges around $500. If that's so, forget it. I need a job before I can tackle the hefty prices of laser dermabrasion. Confused

I hope everyone is doing ok with their journey on fighting acne.

13th Flush: Unless I've said this before, this is one of my best yet uncanny flushes because I've never gotten so many HUGE stones out in one go. Some were even an inch long. Someone said that most of the huge stones are kept in the back of the liver, so methinks I'm finally cleaning house this time. I really hate the nausea though. I still hate drinking the salt water. I can't wait until I'm finally free of stones, that way I can flush every couple months for maitenance.

All these stones coming out are the remnants of a crappy diet since I was young, I would say right after my parents took me out of baby food. After that, my parents were liberal on whatever I ate. If I wanted junk food, they would let me. If I wanted fast food, they would let me. Almost NO fresh vegetables, always grains and some kind of cooked meat.

My relatives peer pressured me into going to IHOP. They all know how health-conscious I am, and how I eschew dairy and heavy servings of meat, and so, they let me in on the salads they served at the restaurant.
They were keen and earnest, maybe hoping that the salads would put a smile on my face, but I knew they were letting themselves down: I discovered the other stuff they put in the salads, things like baked chiken chunks, some other dashing of meat, bacon, hard boiled eggs, other miscellany, and commercial dressing, god knows what the f*ck they put in the commercial dressing. So I just ate pancakes and hash browns that day. Not the best, but it's all good.

I think food chains and frachises have depraved the worth of what a healthy salad is supposed to be.
