| Especially if I have acne. I heard that I'm supposed to limit myself somehow. I just ate half of one, straight. It's so good, tastes like boiled eggs, methinks. |

You can eat the whole thing. Avocados are perfect whole foods and do us a world of good. One avocado a day, most days of the week, should be safe for most people providing they have healthy kidneys.

Awesome! Sometimes I feel guilty eating a whole one in a sitting, but they're so yummy.
Why would you need healthy kidneys? |

| I went through a phase of eating lots of advocados, I think I must have needed something in them. I would buy 4-5 at a time, and eat them in a week. Whatever it was that I needed, I think I've had enough of it now, I cannot bear the thought of them at the moment. |

hmm, i'm wondering i eat about 2 avacados a day, and i think they may be making my acne worse ? my kinesiologist said my kidneys are struggling because of my candida, and i feel because of the 4 liver flushes.
So do you recommend i cut out avacados for a while ? |

| Avocadoes are tough to digest and should be eaten alone or with very few other items, in a small meal. People wtih pus-type acne issues aren't digesting fats well. They still need fats, but they ahve to be careful with their digestive power. A whole avocado twice a day is quite a lot of fats. The good kind, but still. And they move very slowly down the pipe, which isn't great. Best to make guacamole with lots of garlic and use sparingly. |

"people who have pus-type acne issues aren't digesting fats well"
so would it be okay for me to carry on eating eggs, and coconut oil, i'm not sure what good fats to avoid ?
how many avacado's a week could i have safely without maybe adding to breakout ? |
