Hiya Shelley- an Co,
As the group is ever expanding (about 340 now), I notice newbies -
(myself included sometimes) asking questions that have already been well covered by Shelley elsewhere in the forum (FAQ`s or Postings).
. Once we all get used to;Navigating the forum with our questions via the "SEARCH" bar.... "Growing" from there. Then we will all progressivly benefit.
I think this problem is just a matter of education.
Towards this goal might I sugest ;
When someone asks a question that has been well covered somewhere in the archives of the forum.
The team of moderators (Troy, Harmony, Alien, Ivana) could step -in(reply tactfully on Shelley`s behalf-as they already do, to some extent, in caring and sharing info.) Only,this time acting as re-directors and/or educating/demonstrating to members how they can help themselves by making good use of the 'SEARCH" button.
This would free Shelley up, to continue in educating us all, ...still further!
Time is the currency of our lives...Less treading water...more Swimming!!..deeper into the ocean of Knowledge!!!
