Is it ok to have vinegar in the first stages of a candida diet.Does it matter what type of vinegar because I would love to hear that I can put balsamic vinegar on my salad. What about apple cider vinegar is it ok and do I need to buy it from the health food store or will the cheap stuff from the grocery store work. Will vinegar make the system alkaline or acidic which does candida prefer.
Is kichadi ok on diet.
Will enteric coated pepermint or oregano oil work as a good anti fungal.
Should I take MSM while on the diet.
Can I take non hypoallergenic vitamins or should I get hypoallergenic .
Will cheapo vitamins make my candida worse.
What % of meat should I eat on the diet. Are eggs good on diet.
Sorry about all the questions but I got on a roll and I couldn't stop. I hope its not to much and a simple yes or no works for me. Thanks a million |

Hi Kaizen! I just answered the question about vinegars in the Fermented Food post, so be sure to read that one. You need to find the raw, organic apple cider vinegar. Bragg's and Spectrum has the right one, they tend to only be at the health food store.
Kichadi is fine on the candida diet. My candida diet is a little bit different than other people's.
Best anti-fungal is grapefruit seed extract and colloidial silver or Garden of Life's Yeast Defense. Only take for 2 weeks. I just answered a question about that too, see if you can find it.
MSM - no.
Avoid vitamin pills for the most part, except for CalMagFizz and Emergen-C. Get the rest from real foods or super-foods like cod liver oil, nutritional yeast, wheat germ oil, fresh-squeezed veggie juices. Most vitamin pills are crap and will only poison you more and stress out your liver and kidneys. |

balsamic is a very aged vinegar, I've never seen it raw but I eat it anyways!
Solaray is a good manufacturer of vitamins, but really, don't overdo. |
