Not sure, I tried to verify what the whistle blower said by checking out who registered his website, but unfortunately it's registered to his webmaster, not to him.
I know what you mean about the picture of the kids. It's the kind of thing a politician would do. ::shudder:: |

Hi Shelley,
Going back to the minerals and electrolytes, I've been taking "Capra Mineral Whey" it's supposed to have both. What's your opinion on this???
And also how much of this product (if you like it) plus Emergen-C should a persone have every day? I'm not sure if it's bad to over-do.
Thanks
AnaC. |

I've never done well with powdered whey products myself, but I know plenty of people who have. I think it's a blood-type thing. So if you feel good on it, then go for it!
Everyone has very different tolerances for Vitamin C. It's a lot like alcohol in that respect. So use kinesiology, your intuiton and symptoms to find out when you need to take it. If you end up getting diarrhea, you know you've reached your bowel tolerance! |

Of course anti-parasite herbs are poisonous, but more so for the parasites than for YOU. And dying parasites are poisonous, so don't take the herbs long-term, do it in cycles. And it depends on the particular herb too. Wormwood is much more risky than clove oil, for instance. Clarkia is a good tincture, made carefully, the right way.
It always pays to remember that ANYthing we eat can be dangerous in the wrong amount or timing, even water! so be cautious and careful when self-medicating. There are tips on self-medication in the FAQ. Read the FAQ a little bit every day, and a few posts every day, and that should help you keep safe!
Welcome to the forum!
