ok,
I am seriously confused. can somebody please set me straight?
Is fruit ok for candida pple?
it seems like apple juice is bad. Shelley has blueberries in one of her shakes. Is that alright for candida pple???
other fruit i am concerned about are
pineapples (supposedly good for ridding parsites and acne management, both of which i have)
cooked pinapples with meat (supposedly the enzymes help with the digestion)
pineapple juice from concentrate (supermarket bought)
dried fruit eg raisins , apriots etc (thinking of adding them to coucous )
avocado (good oil and all, but ok for candida pple?)
I hope you guys can see where this confusion is coming from: these fruits eg pineapple seem to be good or shd i avoid due to candidia?
Many thanks if you guys and Shelley can enlighten me.
many thanks. |

Like my diet guidelines say, small servings of astringent fruit, especially if cooked, are fine. That means green apples, berries, pears, and citrus fruit.
Pineapple is great, just don't buy frozen concentrate. They use tons of high fructose corn syrup to sweeten it and that will feed candida.
Dried fruit is chancy because it digests so slowly. Anything that digests very very slowly can ferment. |

| Yes, when it comes to fats I follow the research of Weston A Price and Udo Erasmus for the most part. |
