It's so strange that Amazon US doesn't ship to UK, when it ships to much more distant and "undeveloped" countries without a problem, and much less secure than UK. Very strange.

We'll see what we can do for UK visitors.

With Digestive enzymes or anything like that does it matter if you just break open the capsule? I have trouble swalling capsules and pills.

I don't know for sure, but at least for digestive enzymes, I think opening capsules would be fine. After all, Garden of Life's OmegaZyme comes either in capsules or powder.

I usually just use the powder in a Protein Shake or something like that. The jar says "Omega-Zyme may sprinkled directly on food that is room temperature or cooler," so it doesn't look like you should throw it in hot food.
