Lost and Confused

Hi Shelley,
I am having severe gb pain and know my liver is congested. I have lost my parastalsis and take enemas every other day.
I believe I have found the answer as to clean the l/g.
I have been reading and educating myself. Honestly, the more I read. The more confused I am.
I am absolutely clear that I can not have any surgery or lose any more organs.
I don't know where to start and what is right for me.
I have a doctor that did the HC flush, passed out and cracked her head open. Plus, I can not take the chance of a stuck stone and in surgery.
I have been juicing, eating organic, walking, enemas.
I don't know if Julie Chang's herbs are right? Or what I should do.
I would like to cleanse and heal. Honeslty, those flushes scare me. Yet, I want to be healthy and not in pain.
Any thoughts, guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Please read the sticky posts in the very first forum. I have to know a lot more about you befoer I can offer any advice.
