What is your take on oxygen and microbes in the instestines? Andreas and the Oxy-powder folks say that the good guys like oxygen and the bad guys don't. However, I have also seen others say that all bacteria are anaerobic and the oxygen cleansers will kill them all. Thanks for your help, again! Agnes

Bacteria can be aerobic or anaerobic, good guys or bad. The pathogenic bacteria (bad guys) are usually anaeorbic, so oxygen kills them, while friendly bacteria like acidophilus does fine with oxygen - it just needs a certain pH in order to thrive.

We get proper bowel pH by being clean (free of mucoid placque) and eating plenty of veggies, fiber, probiotics, and chlorophyll.
