I was just wondering what kind of diet you recommend for getting your wisdom teeth out. I was thinking for the 1st and maybe half of the second day soup and then cooked veggies. Nothing with meat for a while? I know you recommend not fasting after surgery so if i add veggies to the soup would that be good. Thanks a bunch |

The immune-supporting diet definitely, and one for wound repairing, which DOES include meat, eggs at the very least, after the surgery.
The anti-candida diet is an immune supporting diet - no sugar, lots of probiotics. |
