Hi Shelley!
I apologize, again, for all the questions, I've been through this fun before and this time, want to be sure I do everything right the first time.
I ate guacamole that I made with fresh avacado, garlic, lime, tomatoe and sea salt. After, my stomach was really gurgling, does that mean anything, something I should add?
NVF are on my list for the health food store. It is pretty clear I have some yeast now, is that okay to use?
And, minerals, do you know of a liquid that is a good supplement? Other than Cal/Mag, something that has more in it?
Lastly, my eyes got sunken again, underneath around the socket. Is that dehydration, adrenals? I had it before and heard both but if there is something I can do, please let me know.
Thank you!

And now, I am having loose bowel movements and bad fatigue. Dam, a week ago I was full of energy
Hence why I keep bugging you, I want to get over this as fast as I can and not go into a depression over it. |

Nope, doesn't mean a thing. Anything with raw garlic and fats is cleansing and challenging, gurgling is often to be expected.
NYF is derived from friendly yeast, it has no bad yeast. A small % of candida people are sensitive to all yeast products. If you turn out to be one of them you can stop using it and use vitamin/mineral supplements instead.
NYF is very mineral rich - read the canister when you get it, you'll be impressed. Start out with just one small spoonful and see how you do - they provide a scoop thing but that dose is way too high.
Liquid Concentrace is okay, I'm still looking into which mineral supplements are the best. Most vitamin brands have a full-spectrum mineral supplement which is fine if you're not juicing.
It's usually dehydration more than anything else. |

Hi Shelley
I'll try the NYF in a small dose then and keep eating the guacamole for some EFAs.
Thank you, hope you enjoy your weekend!
