can you use ground bay leaf in the fiber shake to kill candida, I'm out of money at the moment to buy any antifungal supplements, heard bay leaf is high in lauric acid. thanx

you could, but it wouldn't do that much. Best to just use it as a spice when cooking. And remember, killing candida is only 10% of the cure. After two weeks of anti-fungals, you have to switch to probiotics.
