Can anyone confirm my diagnosis? I think I started developing stomach ulcer about a year ago, I didn;t feel any burning in my stomach yet, but my digestion was very bad and had lot of flatulence. I've done few liver flushes and my bowels are clean so that's kinda out of question. I started volunteering on the farm 3 months ago and discovered thatn pretty much any kind of fruit burns my stomach and about 9 months ago I could sense a small burning but not to the point of discomfort. I thought that I just had low stomach acids, increasing them didn't help much. Surprisingly all my digestion problems disappeared when I was taking antibiotics(had to) for bacterial infection. So now I really got to watch what I eat, stomach often feels heavy and have to steam all starchy veggies. When I try to increase my stomach acids, my stomach can't take it and it burns quite badly. After a lot of research my conclusion is that I have stomach ulcers with H.Pylori infection. My diet is pretty good (all fresh organic veggies and biodynamic organ meats, lot of bone broths too) so I don't really know what to do, I guess I should go to the hospital and see what they think, but even that is quite complicated now as I don't have a car and working 7 to 7, and besides I don't trust doctors too much. If only I mhad many for naturopathic doctor I would go. I was taking licorice, MAstic gum, bee propolis but nothing really helps. I hope my message is not too chaotic. Anyone with any thoughts or similar experiences? any suggestions are appreciated. Thank You

Oh and I forgot to add that sice like a month and a half my stools are very compacted that are hard to pass and when working(lot of bending etc.) I got slight pains in my guts befor bowel movements. Nothing really changed about my diet that could cause it, it's the same when I try to supply more soluble fiber in my diet( I drink enough water for sure). Could that be worsening of an ulcer maybe? Isuffer from anxiety most of my life so maybe it just got accumulated throughout my life and see the results now? I've never seem to have such problems before cleanses and organic healthy diets(two years ago). What in the hell is wrong with me?! Sad

Read this info here:

use bromelain, lecithin, beets, fennel, good EFA oils mixed with carrot juice to decrease transit times and prevent over-compaction.
