HI Shelley,
It's been 2 days since my LF and when I used the colema board this a.m. I had grayish/white stools all floating on top of the bowl. I figured it's a stuck stone so I did the 2 T. OO + cleansing drink and then yoga and stretching. I'll follow this with a high fiber breakfast now. If this doesn't expel it should I do another full flush tonight? I haven't done any prep (bile cleansers or stool softeners in a few days) will this be a problem?
Thanks,
Janie |

Always wait at least 10 days in between major liver flushes, but don't be afraid to have a small oil-juice cocktail on an empty stomach if you think you need to dislodge stones. Chances are it won't do you any good, it takes time for the stones to move thru the quadrants down to wear they can exit into the bile ducts. Just be sure to have adequate fiber in your diet over the next few days and do enemas however often you can manage. |
