| Best to wait an entire day, as cleansing is hard on the body. At the very least wait 4 hours and then eat very easy to digest foods - think baby foods, blended foods, bland foods. |

Wow, waiting an entire day would be too hard, im going to do a liver flush today, so I stopped eating since 5:00pm, and tommorow im gonna do the saltwater flush, if I wait an entire day, that would be around 30 hours without eating.
I mean, if im gonna do a saltwater flush, it is best to do it the day after a liver flush right? |

Right.
I eat on the morning of a liver flush. As long as I eat the right thing I find that it doesn't hamper the flush at all. And if you really don't like fasting, you can do the liver flushes that call for foods - the high-fat ice cream with fruit flush is great that way altho not good for candida people. |
