Hi Shelley,

Ive been taking a lot of BSM for the calcium and other minerals (and copper for the spider veins) Im just wondering if this is going to cause insulin problems and cholesterol (like Udo suggests sugar will).

Probably between 4 - 6 teaspoons a day with some acv or lemon juice.

Do you think this will cause sugar problems long term?
I have picked up some chromium.

I might swtich to spirulina for a bit but its so much more expensive!

Overdosing certainly can, so have an end-point in mind. Either stop taking it daily and switch to like 3 times a week, or keep a close watch on lab tests or symptoms.
