I started taking the epsom salts at about 10am today, did my 2nd dose at 12, and then took the oil and juice at 2p. I was fine up until about 4:30 when I became severely nauseated and I threw up. It's normal for me to feel some nausea from stagnant bile, but I've never come close to throwing up and I've done around 10 LFs. Does this mean that I had so much stagnant bile this time around that my body just couldn't take it? I don't think it's the olive oil and lemon juice since it took 2 1/2 hours for me to actually get sick....
Anyway, I am passing stones...I have some green ones coming out so I guess all this suffering is worth it My sugar cravings have also stopped (as they usually do after an LF...they stop at about the same time I get nauseated from stagnant bile) so I guess it may have been stagnant bile and bicarbonate that I got out. Still, the fact that I threw up is a little frightening |

| It's usually a combination of all the toxins and magnesium overdose. The clark method recommends a whole heck of a lot of magnesium for small women. |

Yeah, it was definetly stagnant bile....a ton of it at that, which is really amazing. I took more epsom salts because I suspected I still had some more stones sitting in my gut, and all the resulting junk turned the toilet water a sickly greenish-yellow for the whole of today. I got out some really funky looking stones...all of 'em looked really old and they were a whitish-brown color and I have yeast coming out in chunks. This flush was really harsh on me, though....my kidneys are starting to suffer from all this magnesium. I have been drinking water all day, and I ate a ton of fibery foods to help eliminate the bile. I am going to do a salt-water enema tonight before bed to clean up a bit better because I don't want all that stuff going back into my bloodstream. I am wondering if I am finally getting to the very back and the very worst of my liver blockage...it would explain why this one was so hard on me. I'm sweaty and emotional right at the moment, and I am hoping this is not a result of toxins going back in the bloodstream.
I guess I must have had a pretty good flush, considering how horrible it made me feel. I notice that I tend to have problems with yeast in my gut when my liver is blocked, but this flush seems to be really taking care of that, judging by all of these chunks I've eliminated. My allergies to deoderant are also WAY better today....I can tolerate wearing deoderant just fine. What really surprises me, though, is the fact that this flush dumped so much junk out. I've done over 10 now, and they've all been horrible, but nowhere as bad as this!! Is this a good thing or a bad thing? Does this mean I am getting to the source of the liver blockage? |

Most certainly! definitely a good thing.
What I would do is wait a month to six weeks beore your next major flush, and after about 2-3 weeks of resting do a mini-flush liver cleanse for 5-7 days. That's when you take the stone dissolvers and herbs, and every morning take a spoonful of olive oil chased by the Cleansing Drink, and every afternoon eat the liver cleansing carrot salad. that will ensure that you de-clump things, dissolve them, expel them even, so your next flush isn't such a doozy! |
