Ever since my last colonics some two weeks ago, I have been experiencing gurgling sounds/stomach noises during and after meals, and they sometimes appear just from drinking water as well. You have been mentioning obstructions in the small intestine and stuck stones as a possible explanation for this, but could that happen after a colonic as well- that something gets stuck? I have missed more BMs than usual lately, and I have a general feeling that things aren't moving around like they should or used to. I rarely experence physical stomach hunger and do have pain in my ribs and stomach from time to time.I haven't been taking digestive enzymes lately , as I am having trouble ordering them, so perhaps that could be a factor as well?

Also, the colonist did not use any salt in the solution, just plain water (which se also retained). Isn`t it so that electrolytes get flushed out when doing so, and could that perhaps explain why I have not been feeling well lately(fatigue, dizziness, poor circulation) and even why I just can`t seem to make my tummy produce enough stomach acids despite numerous cleansing drinks, NYF scoops, good organic (celery) salts and doing the baking soda protocol?

It could be the colonic shook things up without taking everything out, so you should do some fiber and probiotics for several days, see what happens, maybe gentle laxatives like triphala or fennel.

Thanks a lot, will do! Any viewpoints on the salt/electrolytes-issue? How crucial could it be not adding salt to the solution, and is there any other way I can make my stomach produce acids apart from taking Bs, baking soda and good salts?

You lose some electrolytes but not enough to worry, instantly replaced at the next meal type of loss. And water should be salted mostly to soften it, make it easier on the intestines. Ask them if they do anythign to soften or filter the water. If it's filtered it's fine.

Low stomach acid is due to: Low Vitamin B1, low Vit C, low Vit B3/4, low Vit D, low folate, low chloride, low iron, low manganese, low phosphorus, low nickel, low cobalt, high calcium, high magnesium.

Consider your other symptoms and past diet. If they point to the same deficiency as here on this list, supplement that one.

Have taken triphala, fennel tea, fiber shakes and probiotics the last couple of weeks and have been fairly regular, although my BMs aren't what they used to be, which probably explains why my chest acne has become worse. The growling after and during meals still remains(a lot less, though) and I just don't seem to get hungry any more, despite going 5-6 hours without food. It seems my body just isn't craving anything that requires a lot of chewing, and I am thirsty most of the time. My kidneys seem to get bombarded, as I am urinating 10-15 times a day, and always after eating. My nose runs practically every time I eat and no matter what I eat. I also depend on stretching, touching my toes and bending forward for having a BM.

Don't know if this points to anything, but I am still curious if all of this is due to an obstruction in the bile ducts, small intestine or a direct result of the colonic, or if I really am depending on digestive enzymes for good digestion(haven't taken any the last month or so)

Is it that serious, you think? Maybe 15 was exaggerating a bit,but abourt 10 times is not unusal in my case. No pains, burning sensation or strange-
coloured urine, just frequent..

What causes this? It sometimes happens to me too.

5 times a day is average, assuming you're eating/drinking 2 quarts worth of fluids and sweating some. Best to get it checked out and make sure.

A runny nose without a virus is stage 2 liver detoxing - when the liver breaks down toxins and tries to exit them any way it can. Happens to me every time I drink Orange Juice, because OJ is a wonderful detoxer. Same with capsicum. Every time we eat we get some kind of toxin, it's unavoidable. Sometimes a quick reaction like that is a good sign that your liver can handle it, you're eating the right things, sometimes it's a bad sign of toxic overload in the small intestine, not enough fiber, allergies, leaky gut, etc. You have to weigh it with your other symptoms and what you ate exactly.

Interesting info!

To me it seems like the frequent urination is a result of my poor digestion and toxic overload. Peeing after meals and when after staying too long in toxic areas could perhaps point to that? I also tend to urinate much more on days where I don't have bowel movements. Could that be a logical explanation, that my kidneys are getting overwhelmed, and thus peeing a lot more due to poor elimination? Either way, suppose I should get it checked out as soon as possible.
