Hi Shelley!
I have flushed successfully 9 times, but it just seems like my liver gets weaker and weaker. When I eat fats I burp, and my stools are not brown but rather clay colored, and I have pain that gives me burning shoulder.
Before I started with liver flushing I never had these problems.
I decided to stop liver flushing and cleansing for a while and rebuild with a little more protein and fats, butter/ghee and other animal fats/bone broth. I felt great for one week then my liver started to cramp an ache all over terribly.
I regulary eat lecitin with meals, b vits, msm and occasionaly juice beet/carrot/ginger/apple juice. When I juiced daily a month ago the liver pain would cease a bit.
I was just wondering if it is possible that my liver re-clogged itself with new stones once I started to eat, and if that would have cancelled out the previous flushes? I also suspect that I have flukes in my liver (still, despite parasite-cleansing), and if they are contributing to congestion/stone formation?
Thanks! |

Hi Monique,
I just read this on a site:
If you feel waves of pain reaching up to your throat, you probably have a gallstone stuck in a bile duct (clay-colored stool is evidence of bile duct blockage). Epsom salts can relax that bile duct in 20 minutes. Take a tablespoon in 3/4 cup of water but only on an empty stomach or you may feel quite ill. Taking a large dose of valerian herb (6 to 8 capsules four times a day including bedtime) may also buy you a little time by relaxing the duct. If you do get relief, you can be sure it was a spasm of the bile duct system. The magnesium in the Epsom salts relaxes spasms. It would be best to clean the liver a number of times (at two week intervals unless too ill) to try to dislodge the sticking gallstone. Usually it is recommended to kill parasites and cleanse the kidneys first.
This is the site I read it from:

| It does sound like a stone is clogging bile ducts, which is NOT good. Go for the Epsom salt solution for now, but please DO buy Julia's Gold Coin Grass or a tincture of Chianca Piedra and Malic Acid so you can start crushing those stones down. Sometimes people need more than lecithin. |

Thanks shelley!
Tried the epsom salts but it did'nt help
I was wondering if maybe the bile had become filthy/toxic during my new fatty diet, simply recirculating over and over again and not able to digest fats. After a week I started to burp excessively and after the meals I started to get tired and foggy in the head, and sometimes headache. I think this diet was too much for the liver somwhat
The pain is really horrible, maybe comprehensive liver cleansing and stone dissolving will do the trick? |
