what did you eat with the lamb? How was the lamb prepared?
Meditation alone won't do a thing for low stomach acids, you have to take B vits and lots of healthy salts (seafood and celery, Bieler Broth). You should also provide your body with plenty of carbonate so it can afford to make the stomach acidic and neutralize it during small intestine digestion. So take half a teaspoon of baking soda in the Cleansing Drink for about 5 days.
Usually it's because the meat was not cooked slowly with bone and so you didn't eat any gelatin. That makes the proteins hard to digest. And if you didn't eat it with enough fiber it won't move fast enough, gets stuck adn festers. |
