I got the set of 4 tinctures from Julia Chang today! The postage was expensive but it arrived really fast.
I am doing the Arise and Shine bowel cleanse right now, and I have 2 weeks left of it, after which I plan to start stone softening in preparation for my first liver flush. I'm taking the herbal capsules from Arise and Shine to help soften the plaque and get it out, as well as P&B shakes. Eating very lightly and will be fasting next week. My question is - can I start Julia Chang's tinctures now (as per her directions for using the 4 bottles), while taking the herbs for my bowel cleanse, or would that be too much herbs all at once?
The herbs I'm taking are:
Chomper (Barberry Bark, Cascara Sagrada Bark, Fennel Seed, Ginger Root, Golden Seal Root, Lobelia Leaf, Myrrh Gum, Peppermint Leaf, Plantain Leaf, Red Raspberry Leaf, Turkey Rhubarb Root, Sheep Sorrel Leaf)
Herbal Nutrition (Alfalfa Leaf Powder, Dandelion Root, Atlantic Kelp Leaf, Rose Hips, Shavegrass (Young Shoots), Yellow Dock Root, Chickweed Leaf, Hawthorne Berry, Irish Moss, Licorice Root, Marshmallow Root, Cellulase, Amylase)
Thanks! |

Well I wouldn't take the herbs listed for more than 2 weeks because of the raspberry and cascara sagrada. But you should be doing some kind of bowel cleansing when you take Julia's herbs to forestall any huge healing crisis.
You can try starting 2 of Julia's herbs now, one in the morning and one in the evening, small dose. |
