Odwalla juices

I've tried a couple of these and really like the carrot juice, but they're flash pasteurized. Are they then bad to drink? They're great when you're on the run and don't have time to juice.

Flash pasteurized isn't great, but that's okay - better to drink carrot juice any way you can than to not drink it, and much better than resorting to other kinds of fast foods! We do what we can, after all.

You don't get all the enzymes of freshly squeezed juice, but you still get the beta-carotene.
