Hi guys!
Just finished reading a great book covering over all health. It is entitled,"Eat, Move and be Healthy!" by Paul Chek. The author is an exercise kinesiologist who specializes in holistic health.
It's probably one of the most straight forward and informative books I've read on nutrition and exercise.
