Goosebump sized Acne

In the FAQ it says that goosebumpsized acne on the back of ones upper arms are due to a lack of Vit A, zinc, EFA, low metabolism and possibly anemia..Should I assume that all of this applies to me, as I get plenty of them, or could it be that I'm just low in one or two of them, like zinc(I get more on my left upper arm, so that could be a likely cause) . Sometimes they are not visible when I wake up in the morning, but they always seem to reappear during the day. What could the reason for this be?

You have to get all of them for any one of them to work properly. Everythign works together.

Don't judge by sight, judge by feeling. If you feel them there all the time, you're very deficient.
