Hi Shelley,

Is there a post or article on the site that tells us a little about you and your journey? I've not found one if there is and I thought it would be nice to have something as an introduction and qualifier.

I know you're not into self-promotion, but I feel it's nice to have a little something so we can be inspired by your story and return to health through your own means.
