Yep, I got acne on my scalp -- all over my scalp actually, for quite a while. Been having it for a while, and it's actually one of the firsts I've heard. I still have active acne on face too, but acne on the scalp, I just wanted to know what your take on this is. Oh, and because of that, my hairs pretty thin, like you could see my scalp easily just up close or even parting it. Its always been like that, not sure if its health related, but mom says that it's more noticible, and blames it on my "cleaner diet". -- I just think I wear my hat everytime I go so it just looks like that, I dunno. |

Scalp acne, hmm... you still want to do all the usual things that you should do for acne, but step up replacing friendly flora, even take Primal Defense for a few weeks.
Do what you can to keep the area dry and sweat-free, DO use just a LITTLE bit of conditioner so your scalp doesn't think it needs to produce a lot of oil.
Increase your intake of Biotin, a lack of biotin often means buildup around the follicles. |

Ok I can do that. I never use conditioner, but ill start using it now. Also, I'll take primal defense, but all I have is the powder. Is the powder good enough? |
