cayenne, ginger, cumin, cloves, cinamon, black pepper.
I have been using these herbs and spices regularly to help with pungent therapy for bowels and candida.
However i have acne, should i be avoiding these ? |

| They're good for acne people, unless the acne is due to certain food allergies. If they're doing you good then keep it up! Just remember to take a break from them for a day or so every now and again so you don't aggravate your pitta side. |

Just an idea ...
I have combined: turmeric, ginger, cumin, coriander and cardamom in one spice bottle and add it to everything practically ...
with a tablespoon of olive oil and onions and/or garlic ... example: beans and rice, soups, vegetables ...
the taste is REALLY delicious in my humble opinion hence I wanted to share it
Cheers |
