Hi Shelley!
Recently I have been having this problem again where my bowel movements come out in little balls.
One question I have is, does stomach acid production have ANYthing to do with the liver? Because it seems that everytime I do a liver flush, my BMs are always normal for at least a few days afterward. I can eat a little more and still have normal BMs.
But lately, I have been really eating well, and not eating too much at once, but I am still having this problem. I don't understand how I could have such low stomach acids (unless it's a different problem?). I take calcium/magnesium supplements (apart from meals) at least a couple of times a week. I also get some calcium through yogurt, green veggies, etc. I sometimes have lemon juice or ACV in a bit of water with a meal.
What am I doing wrong? |

| stomach acid production has nothing to do with the liver. If liver flushing helps your situation then it is obviously liver related. Do more liver management, pungent therapy, and take mild laxatives like fennel tea to move thigns along faster. |
