Many would not necessarily recommend a product that supplies magnesium without calcium unless there is a specific imbalance that needs correcting.
It is usually always best to have Cal Mag in a 2 : 1 ratio. |

| What if you drink a lot of kefir, eat yogurt, and drink rice milk, almond milk? You get enough calcium, but not enough magnesium. |

Yes, this is true. High calcium, low magnesium from dairy is an issue with a lot of people. Though calcium is lot a lot in order to neutralise strong acidic substances like fizzy drinks.
My symptoms suggest magnesium deficiency, so Ive ordered some 'Natural Calm' to keep my levels up. |
