Hi Shelley. I'm finally able to access the site. It's only been 3 weeks since I've talked to my ISP. Anyway, I'm not sure if this is the right area to post this, but here goes. I understand that the body takes certain times during the day and night to repair itself. Is this true and is the following list correct?
1-3 A.M. LIVER
3-5 A.M. LUNG
5-7 A.M. LARGE INTESTINE
7-9 A.M. STOMACH
9-11 A.M. SPLEEN-PANCREAS
11-1P.M. HEART
1-3 P.M. SMALL INTESTINE
3-5 P.M. BLADDER
5-7 P.M. KIDNEY
7-9 P.M. HEART CONSTRICTOR
9-11 P.M. TRIPLE HEATER
11-1 A.M. GALLBLADDER
I'm just wondering because I am always waking between 3-5 am and assumed it was my liver, but this indicates different. Or is my waking just another one of the great joys of menopause |

there are biorhythms and times when organs cleanse and even just stop, take a break. Ayurvedic medicine and other Eastern modalities have listed these times, they may be accurate, no one has done a formal study.
Waking up between 3-5 am is a common phenomenon and can mean many things. Usually it means your electrolytes are messed up and you don't have enough calcium. If you're not supplementing at least 500 mg of calcium once a day most days you can expect to have interrupted sleep.
About 4 am is a weird time for the planet energy wise. Vata starts increasing, things start waking up, it's like the 'true dawn' besides the actual sunrise dawn. It's also the time when we stop manufacturing melatonin, seratonin and picoline and start manufacturing the hormones that wake us up. The adrenals start releasing cortisone etc.
Some of us who are more sensitive to the energy of the planet and the magnetic grid will wake up at about this time and often have insomnia. We get into a kind of double-night sleep pattern of going to sleep, waking up for awhile, then going back to sleep again until we have to go to work. It's all part of the fun of being here. |

| That's interesting....so maybe it is to do with the planet. I can safely say it's not the calcium. I was diagnosed with osteopenia and am now on Fosomax. I ensure I get at least 1500mg of calcium a day. What I don't get from food, I take as a liquid supplement that has elemental calcium, vit D and magnesium in it. |
