hi

i often read a the internet that it's possible to do the liverflush without epson salt. i also read about, that epson salt weakens the kidneys. and the pain in my kidneys after my first flush could be a sign of that.
i don't know. i followed the clark protocol and i'll dó it again, but perhaps without the epson salt.

but i'm afraid of doing it without epson salt because i don't know the results of this.
especially i think its a problem, that the stones does not come out of the bowel so fast. and also the liver would not be relaxed. ok, i could use magnesiumcitrat instead, but this doesn't have the same effect i think.

so is it really possible to do the flush without epson salt? what are the effects? what are the pros and cons? where i have to look for, when i do it without? are there some side-effects? does it lower the results?

thanks a lot.

Hi

When i want to follow the clark protocole, can i add more water to the ES?
Because I think, one of the main problemes of feeling bad after a flush is the absence of water. So how many water (ml) I can drink after the ES?
Because I read that after 14 o clock you don’t have to eat and drink anything.

Perhaps I try a later flush without ES, but now I’m still afraid. Because, your biles are not relaxed when you do it without ES, or? Is this not a problem?

Also it’s a problem that you don’t see the stones coming out after the flush, because the bowel is not empty. Isn’t it also a problem?

So is there really an alternative to ES or can I easilie avoid it.

Whats a salt water flush?

I would be very glad when somebody write something to this, because after my first flush I got kidney pain, perhaps because of the ES. And I want to do my second flush this week. So I would be nice to have this infos before.

Thanks a lot

Julia Changs site has one listed using bentonite clay. I have never used it personally.
I have used HC with ES and the easy flush using MC, both of these yielded stones.

you can drink plent of water during the flush as long as it is not 20 minutes before or 20 minutes after taking the ES
I put my ES into empty capsules and have no taste whatsoever then I drink my apple juice or grapefruit juice and drink plenty of water in between
i've never had a problem

i do recommend taking the HCl and the L-ornithine (I take Cool and I've never puked, and I always sleep through the night this way.

You don't have to use epsom salts. I have now done 25 flushes and never used.

My current protocol is:

- an enema before the flush
- SWF first thing in the morning
- an enema a few hours after that

Thanks for posting your protocol franz, I detest the espsom salts. They give me nothing but pain and grief whenever I have used them. I will try your way next time I flush.

It's still not the most easy protocol because of the salt water. I puked the 1st time I did a SWF but luckily my body has now got used to it and it has become quite easy for me (not to mean that I like the taste!). The recommendation is that you drink 1 quart so that it goes through you but I have found that only 2/3 quart or even a little less works fine for me. I really recommend to do an enema in the evening so that the bowels are empty and the salt water goes faster through you. More pleasant that way.

I don't live in the US but since you do you have also another option if you have problems with the salt water. There is a product called magnesium citrate that you can buy there (I think from Walmart). Some people drink one bottle of that 1st thing in the morning (like instead of the salt water). I have never heard anyone say that it tastes bad. I believe it actually tastes like lemon. Probably takes a little more time to go through you than the salt water but it is probably the easiest option available. Good luck!

I will look for that next time I go to walmart, thanks Frantz!

May I ask how often you do your flushes? I remember you said you have done over 20, right? Wow! Thats alot! I have only done 8 and because the epsom salts were so hard on me I fully dread doing any more. I detest them now just because of the epsom salts. I never want to use them again if I do not have to! They make me feel so weak and gaunt afterwards and they make my kidneys hurt so much. I have heard that people say they do not affect the kidneys but I beg to differ.

Thanks again!

hi frantz,

where did you come from?
i think magnesium citrat is easy to get...

according the SWF, i thought you have to drink a whole litre....so how many is neccessary 250 ml?

isn't the relaxation of the bile ducts important before the flush?
i'm afraid of not taking any kind of magnesium before...
