Hi Shelley!
As you can see I managed to get through to the site The technical advisor said I just had to adjust my LAN settings or something!
Anyway, I was advised recently to do a flax oil enema in order to get rid or heavy metals. Since I did my liver flush last week I've noticed a lot of improvement in energy, my poo is darker no doubt due to improved bile flow and more mental clarity.
However the metal taste I've been getting in my mouth has increased loads and the tutor on my natural nutrition course suggested flax as an enema to get rid of the metals. Apparently that's what Udo Erasmus did when he had heavy metal poisoning. Do you think this would be a good thing to do? As my body temperature is only slightly low (taking the zinc now!), I presume a lot of flax (250ml) would probably be OK?
Thanks
Anne |

I'd never heard about using oil enemas for metals, usually oil enemas are only for constipation. But oils will encourage the liver to expel bile if the oil gets up high enough, much like a coffee enema. So it's worth at least one try to see what happens. At least via an enema you won't get as much of the goitregen affect as drinking it.
Hmmm.. I can't find anything on Udo's site about enemas. Sigh. I don't have all of his books yet, just abstracts of them. So I can't verify that he actually did this. |
