I have started to try and overcome my depression and anxiety to help with my healing as i know i will not heal totally until i let go of my emotions.
I have started chanting the gayatri mantra for 15 minutes each morning, and all i can say is amazing !! I feel so much better and positive already, i can not explain the feeling i get after chanting.
The first time i did it i was overcome with emotion, and just started crying, i felt like something was reaching out and touching me.
I also combine this with doing my sun salutations and cross crawl in the morning.
Just thought i would share this with you, its worth a try  |
