I just love CARDAMOM !!!
Thank-u so VERY much for introducing it to me Shelley !!!
What a delicious taste it adds to foods; especially on
MUFFUNS ... YUMMIIIII
- Can we add CARDAMOM to a CAFELATTE instead of
NUTMEG ??
~ OR~
actually maybe add both spices ???
- Can we add CAYENNE to meat and/or hard to digest foods ... instead of RED PEPPER ???

oh yes, absolutely. Several cultures do just that!
I like cardamom on its own, and then I mix Nutmeg with either Cinnamon or Allspice - yum! |

oh that's just great !!!!
CAYENNE PEPPER is "highly beneficial" for my blood type,
hence I'll be using that on meat and eggs from now on ... instead of red pepper.
I was also wondering ... when we start to incorporate a variety of spices in our eating plan
(CARDAMOM, CAYENNE PEPPER, GINGER, TURMERIC) ... should we be drinking more water ~ or ~ is 6-8 glasses enough ?
THANK-U SHELLEY |

| That's an excellent question. Pungent therapy does tend to cause us to use/shed more fluids. We're supposed to be adequately hydrated when using lots of pungent/spicy herbs. You should find that you will naturally feel more thirst when doing any kind of therapeutic pungent therapy, otherwise do make a conscious effort so that you have to empty your bladder at least 3x a day every day, and more often when actively cleansing. |

Indeed I do feel thirstier than usual ... however I digest better with the pungent/spicy herbs so it's well worth it to drink up a little more ... THANKS |
