Hi Shelley!

I was prepared to do my first liver flush tomorrow afternoon. I also have a scheduled colonic for Monday afternoon. I've been preparing for this for weeks!

However, the last two days, I have been experiencing nighttime leg cramping, which indicates to me an electrolyte imbalance. I am aware of the dangers of doing a Liver Flush when one has an electrolyte imbalance, possibly from my taking of triphala guggulu herbs this past week.

Will the experts please advise? Is one day enough to balance my electrolytes, or should I wait longer to do my first liver flush? I want my first one to be successful!

Thanks so much for your help,
Mariss

You just need to add a good calcium supplement to your regimen. I always recommend cal-mag fizz, because it doesn't neutralize stomach acids, but any supplement that gives 500 mg calcium, 250 mg magnesium, will do.
