|

for those of you who, like me, overlooked the warning about ACV and teeth in the FAQ, please do yourself a favor and note it now!
i was having 2-4 cups of warm water with lemon/ginger/mint/ACV and adding ACV once inawhile everyday with my meals
the enamel was chipping away from my teeth! it was very strange, several teeth looked like the outer layer of them were just falling off. i stopped it with the ACV for now, and now those areas seem to be fading after a few days.
if i get the courage to touch that stuff again, it'll be with a nice glass straw for sure.
anyone notice this happening to their teeth with the acv? does lemon do the same thing too? |

| lemon does the same thing but not as powerfully. I used to just bite right into lemon slices, I don't do that anymore! |
