Just do as many of the stone dissolvers that you can (see FAQ - lecithin, carrot juice, cleansing drink etc.), and massage the area regularly. also do hurdler stretches, yoga, walking. You just have some larger stones still there shifting about probably.
Be sure to make sure you have adequate stomach acids too. |

| Have you ever suffered with a Hiatus hernia? I am asking because the symptoms you describe are what I have experienced with a suspected Hiatus hernia (I never did have it checked). Very uncomfortable indeed. |

|

| I was told by my GP that I had a probable hernia a few months ago not after anything particular, but to be honest I am always doing some update with my health etc, but not specifically after a flush. What I did learn is that a hernia can be the result of a childhood injury or lifting heavy weights (I grew up on a farm). And it may manifest almost 20 years later. I just wanted to suggest this to keep on your list of nothing else prevails as the reason for your symptoms. If you ‘Google’ Hiatus Hernia symptoms there is good descriptions that you can check out to see if they relate to you in anyway. |

look into all that and take a bit of oil and peppermint tea and see if it helps. If it does, it's just the aftermath of the flush, which can be weird.
Keep taking your temperature. If it spikes see a doctor immediately.
If your temperature stays steady but slightly elevated, like around 99 degrees instead of 98.6 or whatever your baseline normal is, then you need to get a colonic or do something to take out toxins faster than you are. |
