u r so funny Shelley Laughing
I just LOVE ur hands-on attitude and straightforwardness !!!!

What do u think of this MIX??

PLAIN YOGURT /ACV or LEMON /SEASALT /AVOCADO or OLIVE OIL /GARLIC /WHITE ONION / SPICES.

I have started adding this to my SALADS, VEGETABLES, TORTILLA WRAPS or PROTEIN/CARB dishes to make them more interesting and TASTY !!!! Wink

Is it too MANY MIXES ??

EXAMPLE:
A bowl of grated carrots and cabbage (PLAIN YOGURT /LEMON /SEASALT / OLIVE OIL /GARLIC /WHITE ONION / SPICES.) with a TUNA WRAP.

if you're digesting it fine (no gas) then that's totally fine! Terrific, in fact. You're doing excellent pungent therapy, and giving your taste buds a treat! What could be better? Wink

Okay, then it's just a bit too rich for you - mixing tuna and oils with lots of veggies is making it too complex. So reduce the amount of tuna OR save the fibers/salad for another meal and enjoy your protein fix as mainly a protein fix.

I tend to eat tuna fish salad all by its lonesome. It's pretty dense! But I add celery and red bell pepper, chopped small, to it so I get some fiber.
