spot that dosent go away

Hey, I was wondering if anyone could help me..I've cleared up a lot of the breakouts on my body by taking cod liver oil, wheat germ oil, zinc and chromium and eating healthy..but I have these spots that dont go away, in particular one at the very top of my spine, just at the base of the back of my neck. Is there any particular reason why a pimple would occur there yet never come to a head? Any response appreciated, thanks.

If an eruption persists, that usually means there's pus that has to be extracted before it can heal properly. Get someone to extract it and it should go away.

If it keeps returning after going away, then check and see if it's happening in a sweat spot and try to sweat less (less pungent therapy), or take acidophilus and check your stomach acid levels and make sure they're up to par.
